                Our Roots: Progressive Home Care, Inc. was established in 1995 by a family team consisting of Mary Lester, her son Frederick Lester, and daughter Angella Brown, RN, BSN. From the commencement of PHCI their goal was to endow each patient with nothing less than the eminence of excellence in home care they would hope to acquire for their own family members. Leading by example, Frederick and Angella set the highest standards attainable in the areas of professionalism, courtesy and compassion while creating a positive work atmosphere founded upon family values amongst the kindred spirits who would become integral staff members in order to ensure the best possible care for their patients. This standard remains paramount amongst our top priorities today as Frederick and Angella carry on their mother’s dreams.
